- • Senior Content Marketing Manager at Zipline, a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming frontline team operations for leading brands in retail, healthcare, logistics, and beyond. This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling Zipline’s content engine to amplify customer impact, thought leadership, and market presence.
- • Day to day, you will own customer storytelling by building relationships with Customer Success and Sales teams, conducting interviews, and turning experiences into case studies, testimonials, and multi-format assets; lead webinar strategy and execution from topic sourcing to production and repurposing; develop thought leadership content including blogs, LinkedIn posts, and bylines; and drive content operations using AI tools to streamline production, build scalable processes, and measure performance across channels to inform editorial decisions and pipeline impact.
- • You’ll join Zipline’s marketing team, reporting to the Head of Content, within a fully remote, mission-driven organization known for best-in-class NPS and CSAT scores, where employees span the U.S., Canada, and globally, and culture emphasizes connection, innovation, and meaningful work despite distribution.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B content marketing, master cross-channel storytelling and AI-enhanced production, strengthen project management and stakeholder alignment, and gain visibility into how content drives sales enablement and customer engagement—positioning you as a strategic leader in content operations and brand building.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of B2B content marketing experience with a portfolio demonstrating range in case studies, thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns
- • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across formats and channels to match Zipline’s brand voice
- • Natural project management instincts: ability to keep initiatives moving, anticipate issues, and drive progress without needing constant oversight
