• • Day to day: Own customer storytelling by building relationships with Customer Success and Sales, conducting interviews, and turning experiences into case studies, blog posts, webinars, and social assets; lead webinar strategy and execution from speaker sourcing to performance analysis; develop thought leadership content including blogs, LinkedIn posts, and bylines; streamline content production using AI tools and build operational playbooks for consistency and scalability.
