Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the complete lifecycle of flagship content projects—webinars, podcasts, on-site customer case studies, and long-form promotional videos—from the first strategic brief to final launch and post-mortem review. You will translate high-level growth goals into detailed project plans, scripts, run-of-show documents, and shot lists that keep every stakeholder aligned and every deadline realistic.
- • Plan and execute every aspect of physical production: location scouting, gear selection and prep, lighting design, audio capture, directing on-camera talent (executives, engineers, and customers), and managing on-site logistics so that every shoot day runs like clockwork—even when the unexpected happens.
- • Perform hands-on editing for rough cuts and manage end-to-end post-production workflows with external editors, colorists, motion-graphics artists, and sound designers. You will set the creative bar, provide crystal-clear feedback, and ensure final deliverables are on-brand, on-message, and ready for multi-channel distribution.
- • Source, vet, brief, and manage a bench of freelance videographers, audio engineers, and production assistants. You will negotiate rates, define scopes, hold partners accountable to timelines and budgets, and maintain relationships that let us scale production volume without sacrificing quality.
- • Make funnel-aware content decisions by collaborating daily with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales. You will map each asset to a specific stage of the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision, expansion) and build derivative micro-content—cut-downs, audiograms, quote cards, blog embeds—that extend the lifespan and ROI of every flagship piece.
- • Track performance metrics (view-through rate, lead attribution, pipeline influence) and distill learnings into concise, actionable insights. You will propose small, data-driven experiments—thumbnail A/B tests, tighter cold opens, interactive CTAs—to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
- • Champion QA Wolf’s brand voice and visual identity across all content, ensuring every story we tell feels unmistakably ours: bold, clear, and relentlessly focused on customer impact.
- • Travel up to 25 % for on-site customer shoots and industry events, capturing authentic stories in engineering labs, boardrooms, and conference floors while keeping production nimble and cost-effective.
- • Contribute to the evolution of our content engine by documenting SOPs, building reusable templates, and mentoring junior producers or interns as the team grows.
- • Embrace our “make magic” value by pushing creative boundaries—whether that means a cinematic drone reveal of a customer’s data center or an intimate fireside chat that turns a skeptical CTO into a champion.
- • Thrive in a remote-first culture that prizes autonomy, transparency, and rapid iteration. You will share work-in-progress early, invite candid feedback, and iterate fast so that great ideas ship sooner.
