  • • The Senior Content Strategist will operate at the crucial nexus of product understanding, brand storytelling, and thought leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to shape how Cyara is perceived in the market and to articulate our vision for delivering secure, friction-free, and high-quality CX at scale. This involves translating complex technical documentation, insightful analyst reports, and groundbreaking platform innovations into content that is not only accessible but also emotionally engaging and persuasive.
  • • Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Cyara's business objectives and brand positioning. You will conduct in-depth research into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify key content opportunities and themes. This role requires a deep understanding of our product suite and its value proposition, enabling you to craft content that effectively communicates the benefits and technical intricacies of our AI-powered CX assurance solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for creating a variety of high-impact content assets, including but not limited to whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website copy, social media content, sales enablement materials, and executive talking points. This will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, to gather information, ensure accuracy, and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  • • A significant aspect of this role will be to develop and nurture Cyara's thought leadership platform. This includes identifying opportunities for executive bylines, speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums. You will work to position Cyara's subject matter experts as authorities in the CX assurance and AI space, building credibility and driving brand awareness.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional storytelling abilities, with a proven track record of simplifying complex technical information for diverse audiences. You should be adept at understanding the nuances of B2B technology marketing and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring all content is accurate, polished, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
