📋 Description

• • The Senior Conversation Designer will support the development and implementation of TIAA’s conversational AI experiences, creating intuitive frameworks that enhance client and participant engagement in financial services.
• • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with design, product, development, and marketing teams to develop clear and concise content, conducting content audits and gap analyses, researching audience needs, planning and writing content for mobile and web experiences, identifying and solving UX problems, and creating on-brand messaging that streamlines operational tasks.
• • The role sits within TIAA’s design office, which is redefining the future of retirement by fostering a design-led culture, strengthening craft capabilities, and unlocking innovation through cohesive, end-to-end experiences that bring dignity to every participant and support secure income through retirement.
• • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in conversational AI design, contribute to AI conversation guidelines and best practices, collaborate cross-functionally on AI assistant capabilities, and play a key role in shaping TIAA’s AI-powered conversational interfaces while gaining experience in a regulated financial services environment.
