📋 Description

• • The Senior Conversion Rate & Experimentation Manager owns Allica Bank's landing page estate and onsite conversion programme end-to-end, driving sustainable customer acquisition and revenue growth by optimizing the full funnel from landing page to sales acceptance.
• • Day to day, the role involves diagnosing conversion issues using GA4, Heap, and HubSpot; designing and running structured experiments; building and shipping landing pages, forms, calculators, and multi-step journeys in HubSpot CMS using AI-assisted front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS); ensuring data integrity across the funnel; and collaborating with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver compliant, on-brand experiments.
