- • As a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Content Strategy. You will serve as the primary architect of our external voice, operating at the crucial intersection of brand storytelling, media relations, and social media strategy.
- • This is a high-impact role for a strategic communicator who understands the intrinsic link between brand perception and business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to transform our corporate narrative into compelling, campaign-ready messaging designed to elevate awareness, drive engagement, and contribute directly to pipeline development.
- • You will be instrumental in developing content that supports integrated growth campaigns, from product launches to thought leadership initiatives. Your work will ensure that every press mention, company milestone, and executive communication consistently reinforces Juniper Square's position as a market authority.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with the Director of Content Strategy to amplify Juniper Square's thought leadership, enhance executive presence, and solidify our industry credibility.
- • **Brand Storytelling & Content Development:**
- • You will be a lead writer for a variety of high-quality external content pieces, including blog posts, contributed articles, campaign messaging frameworks, and executive bylines, all aimed at supporting demand generation efforts.
- • You will partner with the Director of Content Strategy to conceptualize, develop, and refine messaging strategies for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful narrative.
- • You will provide essential support to our leadership team by drafting sophisticated thought leadership pieces and crafting internal and external communications that authentically reflect their individual voices and perspectives.
- • A critical function will be your ability to distill complex themes within the private markets into narratives that are both compelling and easily understandable to a broad audience.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice across all external-facing content, ensuring brand integrity and recognition.
- • **Driving External Communications Programs:**
- • You will take ownership of the complete end-to-end process for managing and submitting applications for brand, company, and executive awards, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- • You will draft initial versions of press releases for significant company events, including product launches, key milestones, strategic partnerships, and other corporate announcements.
- • You will actively support media outreach efforts in close coordination with our external PR strategy, which includes preparing briefing materials and developing key talking points for spokespeople.
- • You will play a proactive role in identifying timely news hooks and uncovering opportunities for proactive storytelling that align with our corporate objectives and market positioning.
- • **Supporting and Scaling Social Media Strategy:**
- • You will manage the social content calendars for LinkedIn and other key platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
- • You will craft platform-specific copy that resonates with our target audience of senior private markets professionals, effectively reflecting our brand identity and strategic messaging.
- • You will provide crucial support for our executive social media presence, including ghostwriting content, ideating post concepts, and drafting posts for review.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Creative and Growth Marketing teams to align on visual assets, campaign creative, and to leverage performance insights for continuous improvement.
