📋 Description

• • As a Senior Country Commercial Manager at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and managing the product portfolio to strengthen Tide’s presence in the German market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping SMEs save time and money through innovative financial and administrative solutions.
• • Day to day, you will conduct local market research, collaborate with global product teams to adapt products for German SMEs, own revenue targets for your product line, develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, create compliant marketing materials, and ensure operational readiness before product launches by coordinating with regional operations and acting as the internal point of contact for functionality questions.
• • You will join Tide Germany, a focused team dedicated to establishing and scaling Tide’s successful business account offering in Germany, leveraging the company’s global presence of over 1.8 million members across the UK, India, Germany, and France, and supported by a diverse, international workforce of over 2,500 employees across multiple tech and operational hubs.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fintech and SaaS product commercialization, drive measurable growth in a high-potential market, shape go-to-market strategies from insight to execution, and gain end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle management in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
