📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns from creator sourcing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand briefs and campaign goals
- • Identify, vet, and secure social media creators based on campaign objectives, audience fit, and brand values
- • Manage all creator communication including initial outreach, ongoing follow-ups, contract clarifications, and issue resolution
- • Ensure creators deliver high-quality content on time and in strict compliance with campaign briefs and creative guidelines
- • Collaborate closely with project managers to maintain campaign timelines, coordinate deliverables, and resolve execution bottlenecks
- • Supervise and guide UGC Coordinators by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and stepping in to support when needed
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal systems for creator databases, campaign statuses, and content tracking
- • Oversee creator payments and agreements, ensuring all financial and legal documentation is completed accurately and on schedule
- • Work directly with the creative team to align on content direction, tone, and visual expectations for each campaign
- • Proactively anticipate campaign risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or quality issues
- • Maintain consistent communication across cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, finance, and operations
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure no deliverables, deadlines, or contractual obligations are missed
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining reliability and consistent output
- • Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and workflows to optimize campaign efficiency and creator engagement
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of creator marketing processes and documentation
- • Support the growth of the creator marketing function by sharing insights, best practices, and performance learnings
- • Represent the agency as a trusted point of contact for creators, ensuring positive and professional relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle
- • Balance multiple concurrent campaigns with varying scopes, timelines, and creative requirements without compromising quality or deadlines
- • Stay informed on evolving creator trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices to inform campaign strategy
- • Ensure all campaign outcomes are measurable, documented, and aligned with client KPIs and reporting expectations
- • Take ownership of campaign outcomes, not just task completion, driving results through initiative and accountability
