- • As a Senior CRM Executive at loveholidays.com Ltd, you will drive the evolution of customer engagement by transforming legacy email campaigns into a sophisticated, AI-powered, unified customer journey engine across web, app, and marketing channels.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing multi-channel automated journeys using Braze, implementing AI-assisted workflows with tools like n8n and Claude, optimizing campaigns through data analysis in Looker, providing expert support for campaign deployment, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, and owning campaign performance through rigorous QA and insight generation.
- • You will join a progressive, high-growth Commercial and Support team at loveholidays, where innovation is encouraged, learning is supported, and employees are empowered to own projects, shape strategy, and create impact within an international, collaborative community focused on opening the world to everyone through travel.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven CRM orchestration, advanced segmentation using propensity scores, cross-functional stakeholder management, and data-informed decision-making, positioning yourself as a change-maker capable of scaling personalized customer experiences at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms, including Liquid logic, audience segmentation, and personalisation.
- • Proven ability to build and manage multi-channel automated journeys using branching logic, API triggers, and real-time data.
- • Experience with data analysis tools such as Looker, Tableau, or SQL to monitor performance and derive actionable insights.
- • Comfort working with data models and propensity scores to drive hyper-relevant segmentation and measure incremental lift.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver unified customer journeys.
- • Self-starter mindset with a track record of identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
