- • As a Senior CRM Executive at Tide Platform Limited, you will own and deliver acquisition and engagement CRM campaigns focused on driving key metrics through automation and personalization, working closely with product, content, BI, and marketing teams.
- • Day to day, you will build and optimize cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys across in-app, web, email, and SMS channels, develop and implement test-and-learn plans including A/B and MVT testing, analyze campaign performance, and report insights to stakeholders using data to refine segments and maintain reporting dashboards.
- • You will join a multinational team of passionate CRMers, product marketers, and product managers in Sofia, Bulgaria, collaborating within Tide’s broader global organization that serves over 1.8 million SME members across the UK, India, Germany, and France with innovative banking and administrative solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing, strengthen your analytical and technical skills with platforms like Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, and BI tools such as Looker and Tableau, and grow your ability to drive data-informed decisions that support Tide’s mission to help SMEs save time and money.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing management across multiple sub-products and business units
- • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze, plus understanding of HTML and CSS
- • Experience using BI tools like Looker or Tableau to analyze campaign data and derive strategic insights
- • Proven ability to run A/B and MVT tests and implement optimization strategies
- • Strong communication and reporting skills, with comfort working alongside both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools
