Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the full conversion rate optimization (CRO) lifecycle: from research and hypothesis generation to high-fidelity UI/UX mockups, test implementation, and performance analysis — with no handoffs.
  • • Run fast, iterative optimization cycles with a bias for shipping — prioritize launching two well-designed tests per week over one perfect test delayed by over-engineering.
  • • Use AI tools daily to accelerate every stage of CRO work: research synthesis, ideation, mockup creation, data analysis, and documentation — integrating AI as a core workflow, not an optional add-on.
  • • Conduct deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact conversion opportunities across subscription and SaaS customer journeys.
  • • Design detailed, brand-aligned UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate test concepts and drive stakeholder alignment without requiring design team intervention.
  • • Collaborate directly with engineering teams to ensure accurate, rapid implementation of A/B and multivariate tests with minimal friction or delay.
  • • Analyze test results with statistical rigor using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook, and make confident scaling or iteration decisions based on data.
  • • Maintain a continuously prioritized, data-driven testing roadmap that evolves with user behavior and business goals.
  • • Document all learnings systematically to build institutional knowledge and prevent redundant testing.
  • • Present insights and performance outcomes clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable narratives that build momentum and buy-in.
  • • Operate with full ownership: be accountable for outcomes, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions without waiting for direction.
  • • Work within a merit-based environment where compensation is directly tied to measurable performance lifts and KPI overachievement.
  • • Maintain fluent written and verbal English communication to collaborate effectively across global teams and document work with precision.
  • • Work remotely within ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET) to ensure real-time collaboration during core working hours.
  • • Embrace autonomy: implement your vision without bureaucratic delays, and operate with entrepreneurial freedom in a fast-moving, results-driven culture.
  • • Leverage unlimited PTO and paid national holidays to maintain sustainable performance and well-being.
  • • Use a company-provided MacBook to ensure seamless productivity and technical consistency across the team.
  • • Operate under a flexible independent contractor agreement that offers tax advantages, reduced employment obligations, and full geographic freedom.
  • • Contribute to a team that values speed, excellence, and measurable impact — where effort is matched with financial reward and rapid career advancement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience with documented performance lifts, ideally in subscription or SaaS funnels
  • • Active, daily integration of AI tools into research, ideation, mockup creation, analysis, and documentation workflows
  • • Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to create high-fidelity, conversion-focused mockups independently
  • • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook
  • • Bias for shipping: proven ability to prioritize speed and iteration over perfection in fast-paced environments
  • • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Merit-based compensation with substantial bonuses tied directly to exceeding KPI targets
  • • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) to support well-being and work-life balance
  • • Company-provided MacBook for all employees requiring one
  • • Flexible independent contractor agreement offering tax advantages, autonomy, and remote freedom
