  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention through proactive relationship management.
  • • Partner with customers to understand their talent acquisition goals, challenges, and workflows, and align Employ’s ATS solutions (Jobvite, Lever, JazzHR) and AI Companions to drive measurable improvements in hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess platform adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and recommend best practices for maximizing the value of Employ’s technology stack.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve escalations, prioritize feature requests, and ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • • Monitor account health metrics including renewal rates, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction scores to anticipate risks and implement retention strategies before churn occurs.
  • • Develop and deliver customized training sessions, webinars, and resource materials to empower customers in leveraging advanced features of Employ’s platforms and AI tools.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including interaction logs, action items, and account plans, to ensure alignment across internal teams and transparency with customers.
  • • Represent Employ at industry events, customer advisory boards, and virtual summits to strengthen brand presence and gather market insights to inform product development and customer strategy.
  • • Advocate for customer needs internally by translating feedback into actionable product enhancements and process improvements that scale across the customer base.
  • • Drive quarterly business planning cycles with customers, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and success milestones tied to their hiring outcomes and recruitment ROI.
  • • Stay current on trends in talent acquisition, HR technology, and AI-driven recruiting to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to customers.
  • • Balance a high-volume account portfolio with personalized engagement, ensuring no customer receives less than the highest standard of service regardless of size or tenure.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by offering data-driven insights derived from platform analytics to optimize their hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
  • • Maintain strict adherence to Employ’s candidate safety policies and communication protocols, ensuring all customer interactions occur only through official @employinc.com channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Customer Account Manager or similar role managing enterprise SaaS customers
  • • Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, HR tech, or talent acquisition workflows
  • • Strong ability to analyze customer usage data and translate insights into retention and growth strategies
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of building trust with C-level and HR leadership
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms
  • • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
