- • Lead industry and solutions marketing initiatives by developing vertical-specific messaging, positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with Replicant’s AI-powered customer service platform and product strategy.
- • Create and manage sales enablement content, including battle cards, one-pagers, and presentation decks, to support pipeline generation, customer expansion, and strategic sales conversations.
- • Own end-to-end product launch planning and go-to-market execution, coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engagement Managers, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and optimize post-launch performance.
- • Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including customer references, external case studies, internal "pocket stories," and proof points that directly support Sales and Marketing efforts.
- • Plan and execute customer-facing programs, events, and speaking opportunities designed to strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, and drive retention and expansion.
- • Partner with Sales and Marketing to activate customers for key sales calls, conferences, and strategic engagements, ensuring their stories and insights are effectively integrated into go-to-market campaigns.
- • Translate complex technical capabilities of Replicant’s LLM and voice AI platform into clear, compelling customer narratives and sales content that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
- • Collaborate with Brand and Demand Generation teams to amplify customer and industry narratives across digital campaigns, product launches, and GTM programs to increase awareness, credibility, and pipeline growth.
- • Develop and maintain a library of customer success stories, testimonials, and data-driven results that validate Replicant’s value proposition across target industries.
- • Work closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and align marketing messaging with upcoming features and platform enhancements.
- • Use data to identify opportunities for customer retention, expansion, and pipeline growth, and adjust messaging and programs accordingly.
- • Maintain a strong customer-facing presence through direct engagement with clients, participation in industry events, and representation of Replicant in external communications.
- • Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high ownership and accountability.
- • Ensure all marketing content reflects Replicant’s core values of Blade Runners, Bread Makers, and Självdistans through authentic storytelling, humility, and objective self-reflection.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology
- • Proven track record of developing industry messaging, customer stories, and sales enablement content
- • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused narratives
- • Experience managing customer advocacy programs, customer events, and reference management
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- • Data-driven mindset focused on driving retention, expansion, and pipeline growth
