📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer on the Customer Service team at ezCater, responsible for building a modern, AI-enabled tech stack that transforms customer experience by integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud and other tools.
• Day-to-day: Lead design and development of services and features, balance quality and speed on company priorities, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations stakeholders, and contribute to engineering excellence.
• Team/Company: Part of ezCater’s Product Engineering organization, reporting to the Engineering Manager, Fulfillment Experience; ezCater is a leading food-for-work technology company connecting workplaces to 100,000+ restaurants, backed by top investors including Insight, Iconiq, Lightspeed, GIC, SoftBank, and Quadrille.
• Learning/Achievement: Gain expertise in AI-assisted development, modernize legacy customer service systems, deepen Salesforce and API integration skills, grow as a technical leader, and drive measurable impact on customer experience at scale.
