- • As a Senior Customer Care Specialist - Bilingual English-French at Toast, Inc., you will be the hero of our customers’ day by using your product knowledge and technical expertise to answer questions, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service through voice support. Your role is critical in helping restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best—building the businesses they love—by ensuring seamless customer experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will leverage your Toast product knowledge and customer service skills to handle incoming voice calls and casework, write clear and professional messages, communicate complex technical information efficiently, balance business applications and customer chats while staying organized and meeting deadlines, collaborate with colleagues to ensure every customer receives timely support, expand your knowledge of Toast’s hardware and software through weekly professional development and training, and conduct Toast procedures to escalate and coordinate customer responses in alignment with company values.
