📋 Description
- • As a Senior Customer Enablement Specialist at CreatorIQ, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact customer enablement for Strategic Account Group (SAG) clients and scaled programs, serving as a trusted advisor and quality benchmark for the team.
- • You will design and execute customized training approaches, build advanced customer help centers and playbooks, deliver live and virtual training sessions, mentor peers, and maintain expert-level platform knowledge to drive adoption and reduce escalations.
- • CreatorIQ is a global leader in influencer marketing platforms, trusted by over 1,300 brands including Google, LVMH, and Sephora, operating with a flexible hybrid model and a culture rooted in intentionality, excellence, collaboration, and being a good human.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise enablement, shape organizational best practices, influence cross-functional product improvements, and grow as a leader through mentoring and strategic customer impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in enablement, training, or customer success within a SaaS environment
- • Proven success delivering complex enterprise enablement programs
- • Strong instructional design and documentation skills
- • Executive-level presentation and facilitation ability
- • Ability to operate independently and influence without authority
