• • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments, providing root cause analysis and rapid fixes for SaaS-based automation workflows, collaborating with global support and engineering teams to resolve customer incidents, configuring and validating integrations with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, and SAP, and guiding customers through best practices for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of automation bots and AI agents.
