Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the end-to-end customer-led growth engine by identifying, curating, and activating compelling customer stories from Latent AI’s 45+ partner health systems to drive measurable pipeline.
- • Conduct executive and clinical interviews across top-tier health systems including Yale, Ochsner, Vanderbilt, UCSF, and Mount Sinai to surface verifiable outcomes: 30% reduction in denials, 96% increase in pharmacist throughput, 2x more patients served.
- • Build and maintain a live, searchable library of customer quotes, data points, and proof artifacts—including financial, clinical, and operational metrics—from PX, RevOps, and partner systems.
- • Define and standardize tiered customer-proof formats: written case studies, video testimonials, data cards, executive endorsements, and peer references for scalable use across campaigns.
- • Activate 15+ existing customer case studies at a cadence of 1–2 per month, transforming each into a full 360-degree campaign spanning paid media, ABM, lifecycle emails, sales narratives, and web content.
- • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to produce high-impact video case studies using streamlined, low-friction production pipelines involving creators, editors, and partner approval workflows.
- • Leverage AI-powered workflows to convert one customer interview into multiple asset variants—including paid creatives, social snippets, email sequences, and sales decks—in days, not weeks.
- • Own the campaign brief-to-launch process: mapping each customer story to specific ICP segments, buyer personas, and funnel stages to ensure every output drives pipeline, not just engagement.
- • Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to align customer-led content with demand programs, ensuring cohesive messaging and attributable pipeline generation across paid, ABM, and nurture channels.
- • Manage customer-led event strategy: coordinate webinars, intimate roundtables, and peer-to-peer dinners to attract qualified buyers; curate guest lists and agendas based on authentic customer insights.
- • Capture and recycle outputs from events—quotes, video clips, learnings—back into the content engine to fuel future campaigns and media placements.
- • Build, maintain, and actively manage a trusted customer reference roster: tracking who is available, for what topics, and for which deal stages; coordinate executive references for late-stage negotiations.
- • Protect customer time by treating it as the company’s most valuable resource, ensuring references are used strategically and not overextended.
- • Embed customer voice as the default proof point across all Growth, Brand, and PMM campaigns, replacing generic messaging with validated results from live deployments.
- • Collaborate with PR and communications to feed customer success stories into media outreach and analyst briefings, enhancing credibility and market positioning.
- • Utilize AI tools for transcription, drafting, content personalization, and distribution to accelerate output while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
- • Measure success by pipeline contribution, not vanity metrics; track campaign performance against revenue influence, deal velocity, and reference utilization in closed-won deals.
- • Operate with speed and impact: ship campaigns rapidly, experiment continuously, and optimize workflows to achieve maximum output with minimal team size.
- • Ensure every customer story is not just archived but actively leveraged across sales, marketing, and product teams to reinforce market validation and drive expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience across customer marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or campaign execution in B2B technology or healthcare
- • Proven track record of shipping B2B customer case studies and running paid, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns that drive attributable pipeline
- • Experience interviewing clinicians, executives, and operations staff to extract compelling, data-backed success stories
- • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), paid advertising platforms, and analytics systems
- • Hands-on experience using AI tools to scale content creation, distribution, and personalization
- • Strong project management skills with ability to own end-to-end workflows from interview to campaign launch
🏖️ Benefits
- • Access to the latest AI models and tools on day one
- • Opportunity to shape the future of AI-native marketing in healthcare
- • Work with top-tier health systems including Yale, Ochsner, Vanderbilt, UCSF, and Mount Sinai
- • Collaborate with investors including Spark Capital, Transformation Capital, McKesson Ventures, Conviction, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator
