- • Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Fleetio, responsible for building and scaling programs that turn satisfied customers into active advocates, driving growth through customer storytelling and proof points.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing customer proof points (case studies, testimonials, references), managing customer champions and advisory boards, partnering with sales and product teams to enable revenue growth, and expanding customer participation in events, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
- • Fleetio is a modern fleet management software platform that raised $450M in Series D funding in March 2025, serves thousands of organizations globally, and is a founding member of the Rails Foundation, with a strong focus on innovation and customer-centric growth.
- • The role offers the opportunity to build scalable Customer Marketing initiatives from the ground up, deepen expertise in customer advocacy and lifecycle marketing, and directly influence pipeline generation, brand credibility, product adoption, and retention through cross-functional leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–9+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles
- • Proven success building or scaling Customer Marketing or reference programs
- • Strong track record developing customer stories, case studies, and testimonials
- • Experience partnering with sales teams to support customer references
- • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, and customer success
