📋 Description
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer advocacy and marketing strategy to transform brand neutrals into loyal advocates, driving growth and market credibility for Perk’s B2B SaaS platform.
- • Enhance and scale the customer case study and testimonial program to visibly demonstrate the economic value customers achieve using Perk’s tools, aligning outcomes with business impact.
- • Own the end-to-end distribution of customer-generated content across the customer lifecycle in close partnership with integrated marketing, social media, and sales teams.
- • Design, launch, and optimize customer referral and customer reference programs that directly contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition.
- • Improve and manage marketing initiatives that incentivize positive product reviews on platforms such as Capterra and G2, increasing visibility and trust in Perk’s marketplace presence.
- • Build and lead a strategy for an active, self-sustaining Customer Community that fosters peer-to-peer engagement, knowledge sharing, and long-term retention.
- • Manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB), facilitating structured feedback loops and co-creation sessions with Perk’s most strategic customers to inform product and marketing development.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and account management to identify and deploy customer advocates as spokespeople in events, webinars, and media opportunities.
- • Track, measure, and report on KPIs for customer advocacy programs, using data to refine tactics, demonstrate ROI, and align with broader company growth objectives.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer voices are integrated into marketing narratives, sales enablement tools, and product feedback cycles.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent campaigns, initiatives, and deliverables with precision, maintaining high quality under dynamic priorities.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer marketing processes, tools, and workflows based on performance data, sales input, and evolving business needs.
- • Maintain and forecast budgets for customer marketing programs, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact and scalability.
- • Communicate clearly and persuasively across teams and stakeholders, translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies and narratives.
- • Ensure all customer marketing activities reflect Perk’s core values of ownership, 7-star experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
