- • As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager for EMEA at Proofpoint, you will drive customer advocacy, community activation, and award programs to build trust, credibility, and sales pipeline across priority markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and recruiting customer champions, managing advocacy assets (stories, videos, quotes), running virtual customer communities for sales enablement, overseeing the end-to-end Customer Awards program (April–March cycle), creating testimonials and case studies, leveraging AI tools for content optimization, and tracking impact through measurable outcomes like engagement, referenceability, and pipeline influence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, advocacy, or integrated programs within enterprise technology.
- • Proven success in building and scaling customer advocacy programs and communities.
- • Strong content creation and editorial skills across long-form and short-form formats, including case studies, testimonials, and video content.
- • Experience managing end-to-end customer awards programs and coordinating logistics, judging, and winner recognition.
- • Fluency in using AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and performance optimization while maintaining brand quality.
- • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, exercising sound judgment and strong governance.
