• • As a Senior Customer Solutions Resident Architect at dbt Labs, you will drive critical customer outcomes by delivering high-impact technical guidance to strategic accounts, supporting pre-sales, accelerating adoption, enabling key migrations, and mitigating churn risks.
• • Day to day, you will support strategic pre-sales opportunities with technical expertise, assist in onboarding new customers, execute proactive adoption plays like migrations and feature implementations, lead reactive initiatives to de-risk churn, advise on dbt Cloud architecture and best practices, build solution MVPs, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and collaborate with CSAs, Sales, Product, Engineering, Training, and Support teams.

• • In this role, you will advance best practices and team impact by helping build and refine the evolving Customer Solutions Resident Architect function, tracking capacity and engagement effectiveness, and influencing product and engineering priorities through direct customer feedback, all while growing your expertise in enterprise data architecture and cross-functional leadership within a high-visibility, growth-driven initiative.
