- • As a Senior Customer Success Associate at rePurpose Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by guiding brands through their sustainability journey using our B2B software platform. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to drive sustainable innovation in the packaging industry by helping clients navigate complex regulations and leverage data for measurable environmental and business impact.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, serving as their primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You will conduct regular check-ins, identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion, gather feedback to inform product development, and collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will also track key success metrics, prepare business reviews, and advocate for customer needs internally.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Proven ability to manage customer lifecycles, drive product adoption, and reduce churn
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, packaging regulations (e.g., EPR, plastic credits), or ESG reporting is a plus
- • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango)
