- • As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Axonius, you will serve as a technical advisor ensuring customers maximize the value of the Axonius platform through expert guidance, deployment support, and adoption strategies, directly reducing customer risk and optimizing platform utility.
- • Day to day, you will execute technical deployments and custom configurations, triage escalated support tickets, design and document platform best practices, and conduct technical training sessions to drive customer proficiency across diverse enterprise environments.
- • You will join a rapidly growing Customer Success team at Axonius, a fast-growing cybersecurity startup recognized by CNBC, Forbes, and Fortune, dedicated to transforming cyber asset intelligence into actionable insights for Security, IT, and GRC teams worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise software implementation, API integrations, cloud security principles, and technical communication, while gaining exposure to complex IT infrastructures and influencing product evolution through customer feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing software or technology role, with at least 3 years focused on software implementation
- • Intermediate proficiency in writing and troubleshooting code using Python, Bash, Batch, or PowerShell
- • Experience programmatically interfacing with and troubleshooting APIs to facilitate data integration
- • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for on-site customer engagements
- • Successful completion of customer-mandated background screenings and security checks
- • Technical proficiency in internet protocols including HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, SMB, FTP, and LDAP/LDAPS
- • Hands-on experience managing data structures and formats such as JSON, CSV, and SQL/NoSQL
- • Applied knowledge of networking topology, firewalls, routers, and endpoint security technologies like EDR and malware detection
- • Practical experience applying cloud security principles and vulnerability management frameworks within enterprise environments
- • Experience utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to interpret large datasets within big data frameworks
- • Proven ability to present technical architecture and platform data to both engineering and non-technical stakeholder audiences
