- • As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Dataiku, you will help customers achieve meaningful outcomes with business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI by driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction through technical enablement and consultative engagement.
- • Day to day, you will work closely with customers on onboarding, conduct hands-on workshops and product demonstrations, establish regular touchpoints for guidance, and collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and document adoption status for internal forecasting.
- • You will join Dataiku’s Solutions Engineering team, a technical and consultative group focused on empowering enterprises to operationalize AI as a business performance engine through the Dataiku Platform for AI Success, which connects the full enterprise AI stack with centralized governance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise analytics and AI adoption, refine your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and contribute to customer success stories while building communities of practice and staying current on data science trends and competitive landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- • Minimum of four years of experience in sales engineering, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles with a proven track record of customer trust and satisfaction.
- • Strong written and oral presentation skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
- • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- • Experience in building and operating communities of practice.
- • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, foster accountability, and work with urgency to deliver customer outcomes.
