- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Choco, you will own and grow strategic enterprise relationships across Europe, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value for high-value customers in the food supply chain.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, managing complex stakeholder environments and ensuring Choco delivers measurable impact through its AI-focused software that connects distributors with customers to operate waste-free and efficiently.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, Customer Care, and Solutions teams to translate customer insights into product improvements and scalable CS playbooks while owning NRR through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
- • Choco is a mission-driven company founded in 2018 in Berlin, now a unicorn with over 200 employees across Europe and the US, dedicated to digitizing the food supply chain and reducing food waste through AI-powered solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS or tech with a proven track record of owning renewals and driving expansion (NRR)
- • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with technical understanding of complex products (e.g. ERP systems, integrations, data flows)
- • Strong commercial mindset combined with structured, reliable execution and ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in high-pressure environments
- • Strong communication skills in French and English (Spanish or Italian is a plus) with credibility at senior stakeholder level
