  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at ChartHop Corporation, you will serve as a strategic partner to customers, driving real business outcomes by owning the full customer lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion, ensuring HR, Finance, and People leaders achieve measurable success with the platform.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain executive relationships, facilitate strategic discussions with leadership, own renewal strategy and execution, manage escalations proactively, define and track success metrics tied to customer goals, drive adoption of key features, serve as a product expert, onboard and train customers, and act as the voice of the customer internally to Product and Engineering teams.
  • • ChartHop is on a mission to create healthy transparency within organizations so employees and organizations thrive; you will join a Customer Experience team focused on delivering value beyond platform adoption, partnering with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure customer success at scale.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS customer success, executive stakeholder management, renewal strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and translating customer workflows into product insights — positioning you to drive retention, expansion, and meaningful impact on how organizations use people data.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS consulting, or a related field
  • • Proven track record of owning enterprise customer relationships, including renewals and commercial negotiations
  • • Strong executive presence — comfortable managing relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
  • • Experience with SaaS implementations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • • Ability to understand and consult on complex workflows across People, Finance, and Recruiting functions
  • • Proficiency translating customer needs into product feedback and strategic recommendations
