  • • The Senior Customer Success Manager at Zillow Group oversees a portfolio of key real estate partners across Zillow Pro, Follow Up Boss, and Showcase, serving as the primary post-sales owner to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the full product suite.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to real estate professionals, building rapport with stakeholders such as broker/owners and team leads, conducting data-driven business reviews, facilitating onboarding and adoption, identifying performance gaps through reporting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • • The role operates within Zillow's Agent Software and Advertising (ASA) organization, which partners with top real estate professionals to help them grow faster and operate smarter by integrating Zillow’s tools into a cohesive workflow that streamlines communication, enhances advertising reach, and optimizes the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop strategic coaching sessions, implement scalable best practices, and contribute to raising the standard across the broader Customer Success Management organization while gaining deep expertise in SaaS customer success, real estate technology, and enterprise account management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in a client-facing role (e.g., customer success, account management, sales, or consulting) at a SaaS or technology company, managing a strategic or complex portfolio of accounts.
  • • Proven ability to independently master complex tools, integrations, and workflows as a self-starter.
  • • Demonstrated track record of owning a book of business and driving outcomes such as activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue improvement.
  • • Experience coaching, motivating, and challenging business owners and teams on best practices within SaaS solutions, with the ability to simplify the experience for end users.
  • • Experience engaging and navigating multi-level partnerships with senior stakeholders including broker/owners, team leaders, and operations leaders.
  • • Strong ability to leverage data to uncover insights and clearly communicate performance, trends, and recommendations to customers.

  • • Competitive base salary with hourly pay ranges varying by state (e.g., $34.40–$55.00/hour in CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC; $32.70–$52.30/hour in CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, VT).

  • • Commitment to paying at or above the salary threshold for exempt employees in the employee’s state of residence.
