- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Owkin, you will be the primary strategic partner for external clients in pharma, biotech, and academia, managing the lifecycle of the K Pro platform to ensure measurable scientific and business impact.
- • You will own high-value enterprise accounts, drive value realization through ROI tracking and QBRs, lead platform onboarding and adoption, manage renewals and expansion opportunities, and act as the Voice of the Customer to influence product roadmap.
- • You will collaborate with Research & Technology, Medical and Biology Experts, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, mentor junior CSMs, and leverage data to prioritize strategic actions across your account portfolio.
- • Owkin is building the first Biology Super Intelligence (BASI) by combining biological LLMs, multimodal patient data, and agentic software, with its AI copilot Owkin K and LLM Owkin Zero empowering researchers and clinicians to accelerate diagnostics and therapies.
- • This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and healthcare, contributing to meaningful scientific advancements while developing expertise in strategic account management within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Masters degree or BS in computer science (machine learning, applied mathematics, software engineering) or life sciences (MD, PharmD, biology, bioinformatics, biological engineering)
- • Expertise in customer success management, project management, delivery of high-impact scientific/technological products, consulting, or product ownership in medical/pharma/biotech industry
- • Ability to create and develop trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; fluency in French is a plus
- • Highly organized, meticulous, capable of logical problem-solving, and passionate about Healthcare and AI intersections
