- • The Senior Customer Success Manager role at BetterUp drives customer value and ensures clients receive maximum benefit from the Human Transformation Platform, directly supporting the company’s mission of human transformation through strategic account management and value realization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and expanding executive relationships, delivering value-based recommendations, monitoring account health and risk, managing cross-functional delivery workstreams, and communicating with C-suite stakeholders while traveling up to 20% of the time.
- • BetterUp is a mission-driven company focused on human transformation, offering employees personal coaching, development plans, and a culture of growth and belonging, with teams across U.S. hubs in Austin, New York, San Francisco, and Arlington.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic consulting and enterprise leadership skills, grow into a Client Delivery Director position, and lead complex multi-product deployments as a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software and/or service delivery experience (execution and/or leadership)
- • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments (overseeing both operational and technical delivery)
- • Excellent communication skills with executive and operating level stakeholders (inclusive of business and technical personas)
- • Strong program/project management skills (scrum/agile a plus)
- • Extensive experience advising, coaching, influencing, and building relationships with executive-level clients at Fortune 1000 companies
- • Ability to travel for up to 20% of the time (minimum 20% travel required)
