Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own a high-impact portfolio of 40–50 mid-market accounts, serving as the single-threaded owner of retention, adoption, customer health, and strategic expansion. You will be the face of CoderPad to engineering and talent leaders at growth-stage companies, ensuring they hit their hiring velocity and quality goals with our technical-interview platform.
- • Architect and deliver tailored onboarding programs that compress time-to-value from weeks to days. You will translate each customer’s unique recruiting workflow into a phased adoption plan, configure CoderPad to match their tech stack and interview rubric, and train interviewers and hiring managers so they feel confident running consistent, bias-reduced interviews on day one.
- • Proactively monitor customer health through a blend of product-usage telemetry, NPS/CSAT feedback, and executive-level relationship signals. You will build early-warning dashboards that flag churn risk or stalled adoption and then orchestrate cross-functional “red account” sprints with Product, Support, and Sales to reverse negative trends before renewal conversations begin.
- • Co-create quarterly success plans that map CoderPad capabilities to each customer’s OKRs—whether that is doubling onsite-to-offer conversion, cutting time-to-hire by 30 %, or scaling university hiring across three new regions. You will present these plans in executive business reviews, quantifying ROI with metrics pulled from our analytics suite and customer ATS data.
- • Lead renewal negotiations end-to-end, forecasting risk and upside 120 days out, crafting value-based business cases, and securing multi-year commitments. You will partner with Strategic Account Executives on expansion motions—identifying new business units, global subsidiaries, or product add-ons—while ensuring every upsell deepens the customer’s technical-hiring maturity.
- • Champion the customer voice inside CoderPad. You will funnel feature requests, UX friction, and competitive gaps into our Product roadmap, co-authoring case studies and ROI calculators that Marketing can leverage. Your insights will directly influence roadmap prioritization and pricing strategy.
- • Mentor junior CSMs and help refine our playbooks, health-scoring models, and QBR templates. You will pilot new automation and AI-driven interventions that let the team scale personalized outreach without sacrificing the white-glove experience our customers expect.
- • Travel up to 20 % for onsite executive workshops and user-group events, building the kind of trust that video calls can’t replicate. You will represent CoderPad at industry conferences, sharing best-practice content on equitable technical hiring and expanding our brand footprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a Customer Success or equivalent post-sales role within a fast-growing SaaS company, with a track record of owning renewal and expansion targets for a mid-market or enterprise portfolio.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain multi-stakeholder relationships—engaging VPs of Engineering, Heads of Talent, and front-line recruiters with equal credibility.
- • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting product-usage data, building health scores, and translating metrics into prescriptive action plans.
- • Exceptional project-management and communication skills; capable of leading complex onboarding programs and delivering polished QBRs to C-level audiences.
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
- • Nice-to-have: prior exposure to the recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-tech space; familiarity with ATS integrations and technical interviewing workflows.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive total cash compensation of $130k–$140k (base $105k–$110k plus 20 % variable), plus equity with a 4-year vesting schedule.
- • 100 % remote-first culture with a monthly work-from-home stipend and flexible scheduling across CST or EST time zones.
- • Comprehensive health coverage—medical, dental, and vision insurance at 90 % for employees and dependents—plus FSA, 401(k) with profit sharing, and short/long-term disability and life insurance.
- • Unlimited PTO with a healthy expectation of at least 3 weeks annually plus 20 company holidays, generous parental leave (16 weeks primary, 12 weeks secondary), and your choice of laptop.
