- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will ensure customer success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform, driving retention and growth through strategic relationships and technical expertise.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain strategic business relationships, provide technical product expertise, educate cross-functional teams on automation value, develop usage-increasing programs, mentor the CSM team, serve as primary escalation point, and deliver analysis to inform decisions and product roadmap.
