- • The Senior Customer Success Manager at Seeq Corporation plays a pivotal role in empowering customers to transform how they work by acting as a customer champion who aligns internal and external initiatives with customer business objectives to drive retention, expansion, and maximum value realization from Seeq’s industrial analytics platform.
- • This role is critical to Seeq’s mission of delivering high renewal and expansion rates by serving as the trusted advisor who understands enterprise SaaS dynamics in multinational organizations, navigates IT/OT priorities, and ensures customers achieve measurable ROI from their investment in time-series data analytics.
- • Day to day, the Senior CSM develops and implements detailed success plans that align Seeq’s capabilities with customers’ strategic initiatives to exceed expectations and drive long-term value.
- • They deliver quarterly Customer Success Reviews to highlight achievements, refocus priorities, and demonstrate tangible business impact, ensuring ongoing alignment with customer goals.
- • They drive product adoption through structured user onboarding, promotion of training programs, facilitation of customer user forums, and consistent touchpoints that deepen engagement and proficiency.
- • They own the end-to-end renewal process for a multi-million dollar book of business, proactively identifying risks, mitigating churn, and securing timely renewals by demonstrating continuous value generation.
- • They collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Training, and Support teams to anticipate customer needs, advocate for feature enhancements based on real-world usage gaps, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution of account strategies.
- • They leverage strong customer relationships to expand Seeq’s footprint across additional sites, business units, or partner companies, identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities that contribute to account growth.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced skills in strategic account planning, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and data-driven customer health management, positioning them as a trusted advisor capable of influencing both customer strategy and internal product direction.
- • They will achieve measurable impact by directly contributing to customer retention, expansion, and advocacy, while building a portfolio of success stories that demonstrate the transformative power of industrial analytics in complex, global organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS or similar technology company, with exposure to multinational organizations, OR 5+ years working within industrial/manufacturing environments.
- • Proven experience interacting with and presenting to Senior Director+ level stakeholders at global Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating executive presence and strategic communication skills.
- • Demonstrated experience owning the full renewal process, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and securing timely renewals to minimize churn and protect book of business.
- • Ability to translate corporate objectives (e.g., from annual reports) into actionable account strategies and gain alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- • Experience collaborating with Sales and Services teams to develop and execute comprehensive account plans that drive expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and customer advocacy.
- • Familiarity with time-series data analytics and its application in manufacturing contexts, including understanding of IT/OT priorities, is considered a strong asset.
