- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager specializing in AI Governance at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers navigate the complex landscape of artificial intelligence regulation and risk management, ensuring they derive maximum value from Optro’s award-winning audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform while advancing responsible AI adoption.
- • You will partner directly with C-suite executives including Chief Risk Officers, General Counsels, and Chief Data Officers to guide the design, implementation, and scaling of AI governance programs, translating regulatory complexity into strategic business outcomes that align with Optro’s mission to empower organizations with clarity and agility.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing executive-level AI governance consulting to help customers establish and mature their AI risk frameworks, developing product adoption strategies that turn platform capabilities into measurable usage and value, and creating scaled enablement resources such as playbooks and training materials to amplify impact across the broader Customer Success team.
- • You will continuously monitor and optimize portfolio health by identifying adoption risks, addressing blockers proactively, and scaling best practices, while also building maturity model roadmaps that guide customers from ad-hoc AI governance practices to fully institutionalized programs aligned with global standards.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve interpreting complex regulations like the EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO 42001 into actionable insights tailored to Optro’s AI governance product, enabling customers to achieve compliance and operational excellence through informed decision-making.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to feed customer insights back into product development, helping shape the future direction of Optro’s AI governance offerings based on real-world implementation challenges and opportunities.
- • Operating within a high-growth, mission-driven culture, you’ll be part of a team recognized as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years, where customer obsession, gritty resilience, innovation, collective success, and a growth mindset are not just values but daily practices.
- • This role offers the chance to deepen your expertise in one of the most critical and rapidly evolving domains in enterprise technology—AI governance—while making a tangible impact on how some of the world’s largest organizations responsibly innovate with artificial intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in high-touch SaaS environments, including backgrounds in management consulting, automation, risk advisory, or legal tech, with a proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive strategic outcomes.
- • Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, or advising on AI governance frameworks and programs, particularly in relation to the EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO 42001, or adjacent GRC and compliance domains.
- • Familiarity with advanced customer success tools and technologies used to scale engagement, track health metrics, and enable teams through automation, playbooks, and data-driven insights.
- • A track record of providing strategic, executive-level consultation to diverse clients, guiding them through technological transformations, regulatory adoption, and organizational change with clarity and influence.
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at navigating ambiguity while collaborating effectively across functions such as product, engineering, legal, and sales to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
- • Preferred: AIGP (IAPP), CIPP, or Prosci CCMP certification, signaling specialized knowledge in AI governance, privacy, or change management methodologies.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive employee health coverage available across all U.S. locations, ensuring access to medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents.
- • 401(k) plan with company match (U.S.) or pension with match (U.K.), supporting long-term financial wellness and retirement readiness.
- • Flexible vacation policy for U.S. exempt employees and California-based staff, or 25 days of annual leave for U.K. team members, promoting work-life balance and personal rejuvenation.
- • $200/month Live Your Best Life (LYBL) stipend to support personal well-being, whether used for fitness, learning, hobbies, or other life-enriching activities.
