📋 Description

• As the first member of the APAC Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth for Shopify brands by turning one-time shoppers into loyal customers across the region.
• You will onboard new customers, serve as the main relationship owner for existing clients, and ensure they continuously recognize the impact of our products and services through strategic engagement and value demonstration.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Devsavant LLC, working remotely from the APAC region to support customers across time zones while collaborating closely with Account Management, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive Net Revenue Retention and customer advocacy.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer lifecycle management, renewals, upselling, and advocacy programs, while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing SaaS environment focused on e-commerce enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 proficiency level
• Experience working remotely for a non-APAC headquartered company, ideally as one of the first APAC hires
• Proven experience managing a book of business with enterprise clients or owning a full geographical territory
• Strong ability to discuss ROI and software impact with stakeholders ranging from business users to C-suite executives
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects confidently
