- • Senior Customer Success Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of PTC’s largest Enterprise customers in the Automotive industry, ensuring successful product deployment, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing handoffs from Sales, building strong cross-functional relationships with Sales and Technical Services teams, developing tactical Account Plans, managing complex customer implementations, navigating customer organizations to engage key decision-makers, leading business reviews, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, driving customer advocacy through referrals and case studies, closing feedback loops with Product Teams, and identifying incremental opportunities across business units.
