- • The Senior Customer Success Manager at Dataiku serves a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in Frankfurt, Germany, driving value realization, product adoption, and retention for customers in manufacturing, energy, and defence sectors.
- • Day to day, the role involves understanding client use cases, guiding stakeholders from executives to data scientists on leveraging Dataiku for AI projects, conducting Executive Business Reviews, collaborating with Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Data Scientists to ensure renewals and expansion, and using Customer Health analytics to identify growth and churn risks.
- • Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, providing an enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI across multi-vendor environments, trusted by world-leading companies to operationalize AI as a business performance engine.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption, strengthen executive-level stakeholder management, drive measurable business outcomes through AI maturity progression, and grow as a strategic advisor in a high-impact, innovative company shaping the future of enterprise AI.
