- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at ServiceTitan, you will serve as a dedicated strategic partner for a portfolio of ~40 high-value trade service companies, driving long-term relationships, product adoption, and business value realization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include cultivating executive-level relationships, conducting business reviews using customer data, identifying growth opportunities, mitigating churn risks, and mentoring team members to elevate overall team performance.
- • You will join ServiceTitan’s Customer Success team, which powers the success of essential trade businesses—plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians—by ensuring they maximize the value of software that keeps their operations running.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise account management, data-driven customer success strategies, and executive communication, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and leader within a high-impact, mission-driven organization.
