- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Seeq Corporation, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to industrial customers, helping them unlock the full value of Seeq’s analytics platform and ensuring their long-term success in process manufacturing industries.
- • Day to day, you will act as the customer’s advocate by understanding their strategic goals, creating success plans, leading quarterly business reviews, driving product adoption, managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Training teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- • Seeq is a fast-growing SaaS company providing an industrial intelligence platform to O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, and other process manufacturing industries, serving manufacturing leaders, IT/OT executives, and SMEs such as process engineers and digital transformation leaders.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in industrial analytics, strengthen your ability to engage senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies, drive account growth and retention, and shape your career in a high-impact, mission-driven environment focused on customer success and data-driven transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in a customer-facing role within B2B SaaS, technology, or industrial/manufacturing organizations
- • Experience working with customers in process manufacturing industries (e.g., chemicals, oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals) and understanding their workflows and challenges
- • Proven track record leading large, cross-functional projects or programs such as digital transformation, analytics rollouts, or multi-site initiatives
- • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for process manufacturing clients
- • Strong knowledge of process manufacturing operations and KPIs to drive adoption and success
- • Proven ability to engage with senior leaders (Director+) at Fortune 500 companies and build lasting relationships
