- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Eye Security, you will take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio from day one, driving long-term value realization, retention, and growth by acting as a trusted advisor to clients across Europe.
- • You will build and lead strategic customer relationships, serving as a sparring partner who designs and executes tailored success strategies to increase adoption, satisfaction, and retention while identifying natural opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon by Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to drive product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- • You will leverage data to inform decisions, tracking key customer health indicators and using insights to prioritize actions that strengthen relationships and improve business outcomes.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure a consistent, professional, and valuable customer experience, contributing to process improvements and scalability initiatives.
- • You will support customer onboarding and adoption, guiding clients to maximize the impact of Eye Security’s cybersecurity solutions and serving as an expert in Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management, and value realization.
- • You will work in a mission-driven environment focused on making high-quality cybersecurity accessible to organizations across Europe, combining advanced technology with real-world expertise to detect, combat, and recover from cyber threats in real time.
- • You will join a team of professionals from elite backgrounds including national CERTs, intelligence services, defense, tech, and consultancy, all united by the mission to strengthen digital security for businesses of all sizes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role with a proven track record in driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- • Strong analytical abilities, including experience turning data into actionable insights and proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
