- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Texas at MagicSchool Inc., you will lead strategic partnerships with major school districts across the state to ensure the company’s generative AI platform reduces teacher burnout and accelerates student learning at scale. This role is critical to driving revenue retention, product adoption, and long-term customer success in one of the largest and most influential K-12 markets in the U.S.
- • You will manage a multimillion-dollar book of business, overseeing complex onboarding and renewal processes, designing implementation strategies, creating scalable support materials (such as tutorials and one-pagers), and coaching educators and administrators through change to ensure deep product integration into daily workflows.
- • MagicSchool is a fast-growing, mission-driven generative AI platform for teachers, serving over 7 million educators globally.
