Fanvue.Com is seeking a Senior Creator Success Representative to join our dynamic, remote-first team and play a pivotal role in redefining the creator economy. This role is specifically designed to elevate the performance standards within our Creator Success team, focusing on ensuring our highest-earning creators not only sustain but also grow and compound their revenue on the Fanvue platform.
- • As the benchmark individual contributor within our Creator Success team, this is a hands-on, commercially accountable position. You will be entrusted with nurturing and expanding relationships with some of our most valuable creators. Your primary objective will be to drive tangible retention and revenue outcomes, setting a high standard for execution, ownership, and professionalism for the entire team. This is not a role focused on managing support tickets; instead, it's about making a measurable and significant impact on creator success and platform growth.
- • Your core responsibilities will include owning and growing a dedicated portfolio of top-earning creators, with complete accountability for their retention and revenue growth. You will be expected to consistently achieve and maintain 100% month-on-month retention across your key creator accounts. A critical aspect of your role will involve proactively identifying potential churn risks and uncovering expansion opportunities by meticulously analyzing behavioral and performance data. You will translate this data into actionable, data-driven insights that directly empower creators to increase their earnings.
- • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in improving Net Revenue Retention by strategically driving monetization optimization for your creators. This involves educating them on new platform features, innovative monetization tools, and best practices to maximize their success. By fostering strong relationships and providing proactive engagement, you will significantly increase creator satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- • Collaboration is key to success at Fanvue. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, Moderation, Growth, and Sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to creator outcomes. Your performance and approach will serve as a visible benchmark, inspiring and guiding the wider Creator Success team.
