- • Develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports utilizing our Business Intelligence (BI) tool, Sigma. These visualizations will translate complex data into easily understandable insights for various stakeholders.
- • Engage directly with stakeholders across operations, finance, clinical departments, and revenue cycle management to deeply understand their unique reporting requirements and data needs. Translate these requirements into practical, actionable insights that drive business improvements.

- • Leverage the power of modern AI features, such as Cortex Agents, to empower users across the organization with self-service data exploration and analysis capabilities, democratizing access to insights.
- • Data Governance & Quality:
- • Play a key role in the implementation and enforcement of data governance best practices. This includes meticulous data documentation, establishing clear data definitions, and implementing robust data quality monitoring processes to ensure the trustworthiness of our data.
- • Contribute to initiatives aimed at standardizing key datasets across the entire organization, promoting consistency and enabling more effective cross-functional analysis.
