📋 Description
- • Senior Data Analyst role at Onemagnify Inc. focused on translating business needs into technical data solutions for a B2B digital agency specializing in AI-powered customer experiences and integrated data services.
- • The role is critical to enabling clients to make data-driven decisions by ensuring data quality, governance, and alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging SQL and data tools to manipulate large datasets, conducting end-to-end data analysis to uncover patterns and improve data quality, and eliciting business requirements to develop complete data product solutions.
- • You will review and interpret data models (ERDs, dimensional models), ETL processes, business rules, and metadata to ensure data designs are accurate, governed, and aligned with intended use cases.
- • Partner with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to implement data governance, security, privacy, and quality standards, including data lineage, tagging, and documentation.
- • Prepare technical specifications for data ingestion and transformation, collaborate on building efficient data models, and support the development of team-wide best practices and agile methodologies.
- • Work directly with client business partners and internal analytics teams to interpret data, remediate issues, and ensure data services meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the Data & Analytics Road Map by identifying opportunities for improvement in data curation, quality checks, and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • University or college degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements and technical specifications for data solutions.
- • Advanced SQL scripting skills; Python knowledge is a plus.
- • Experience with AWS analytics and data tools (S3, Redshift, Glue); understanding of Snowflake is a plus.
- • Proven experience in data governance and metadata management, including standards, structure, tagging, transmission, and data use.
- • Familiarity with Monte Carlo and Atlan is a plus.
- • Preferred experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments.
