- • Senior Data Analyst role at Connexus Credit Union, a member-focused cooperative serving all 50 states, dedicated to returning profits to members through competitive financial products and fostering employee growth in a remote-first environment.
- • The role serves as a strategic analytics partner to leadership, translating business priorities into advanced analytical solutions including dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- • Part of the Data & Insights team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, data engineering, and data science partners to enhance data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
- • Opportunity to lead and mentor junior analysts, drive automation and efficiency through reusable scripts and workflows, and gain deep expertise in financial services analytics while contributing to organizational compliance and data literacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 8+ years of data analysis experience
- • Prior experience in financial services (banking or credit unions)
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python, including automation and statistical libraries
- • Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
- • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
