- • Felix Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their innovative digital healthcare company. Founded in 2019, Felix is dedicated to empowering patients with control over their health and well-being through accessible and enjoyable technology. As Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience provider, Felix offers online treatment, prescription delivery, and ongoing care across a diverse range of health categories including weight loss, birth control, menopause, erectile dysfunction, and acne. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's performance measurement, identifying growth drivers, and translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- • In this critical role, you will act as a technical expert and take full ownership of marketing data sources, the analytics infrastructure, data models, and the methodologies used for analysis and measurement. A core responsibility will be to build, maintain, and interpret robust acquisition measurement frameworks. This includes developing and refining multi-touch attribution models, such as Markov Chain and other advanced attribution techniques, alongside comprehensive channel performance metrics. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and meticulously analyzing A/B tests and incrementality experiments. These experiments will span across product features, marketing campaigns, and user experience optimizations, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) across both paid and organic acquisition channels. This analysis will inform strategies to optimize campaign spend and refine performance metrics over time, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact. You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling in-house multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and media mix models (MMM), which are crucial for understanding the effectiveness of various marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will leverage data to identify key audience segments within the customer base and across different verticals of care, utilizing metrics like Lifetime Value (LTV) and cross-sell percentages to inform targeted strategies.
- • A key technical responsibility will be to lead the development and maintenance of DBT data models and orchestrations. This involves ensuring the accuracy, modularity, and optimal performance of these data structures. To empower stakeholders across the organization, you will create automated, self-serve dashboards and reporting solutions that allow for easy exploration of key metrics and performance indicators. Your role will also involve close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams. You will translate their business questions into well-defined analytical tasks, and then interpret and communicate the results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a data-informed culture.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the growth and strategic direction of a rapidly evolving digital healthcare company. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge analytics tools and methodologies, including advanced attribution modeling and experimentation. By working closely with founders and the senior leadership team, you will have direct exposure to high-level decision-making processes and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare delivery. The insights you generate will directly influence marketing strategies, product development, and overall business performance, providing a rewarding experience for a driven data professional.
- • The Felix team is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture, offering equitable access to opportunities and resources. They provide accommodations throughout the recruitment process for candidates who may need them, ensuring a supportive and accessible experience for all. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to make a tangible difference in the healthcare industry.
