📋 Description

  • IntusCare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Clinical Services organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping our performance measurement and analytics capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundational analytics infrastructure that will empower our Clinical Services team to scale effectively, operate with maximum efficiency, and demonstrably improve outcomes for the vulnerable senior population we serve. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • In this critical role, you will partner closely with Clinical Transformation leadership and the Chief Population Health Officer, acting as the primary analytics liaison for the Clinical Services division. Your expertise will be crucial in designing robust KPI frameworks, developing scalable reporting solutions, and translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives. The ideal candidate possesses a potent blend of advanced technical analytics skills and a deep, nuanced understanding of healthcare services, particularly within value-based care and population health models. Your contributions will directly influence the development of a data-informed operating model that enhances clinical, financial, and operational outcomes for our clients.
  • **Services Performance Analytics & Metric Design:**
  • Collaborate intimately with Clinical Transformation leadership and the Chief Population Health Officer to meticulously define and refine core Clinical Services performance metrics. This includes a comprehensive focus on productivity, quality of care, return on investment (ROI), clinical impact, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Architect and design scalable, standardized reporting frameworks that seamlessly integrate with and adhere to centralized analytics standards, ensuring consistency and reliability across the organization.
  • Develop sophisticated KPI hierarchies that provide clear visibility into performance at all levels, from individual contributors and teams to service lines and executive leadership, enabling targeted performance management.
  • Ensure that all defined metrics are directly aligned with key business objectives, including financial performance, demonstrable client outcomes, and the overall value proposition of our services.
  • **Scalable Reporting & Data Infrastructure:**
  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time operational visibility, enabling proactive decision-making and rapid response to emerging trends.
  • Forge strong partnerships with centralized Analytics and Data Engineering teams to guarantee the integrity of data pipelines, the robustness of our data architecture, and the scalability of our reporting infrastructure.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts through intelligent automation and systematization, freeing up valuable resources for higher-impact analytical work.
  • Develop and deliver standardized, high-quality reporting packages tailored for both internal leadership review and essential customer-facing needs, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • **Customer-Facing Analytics Support:**
  • Create and implement standardized, scalable client reporting frameworks that effectively communicate the value and impact of IntusCare's services.
  • Provide crucial support to Services leadership in translating complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and client-ready narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that all client-facing reporting is consistent, methodologically defensible, and automated wherever feasible to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Actively seek out and identify opportunities to 'productize' analytics deliverables, transforming them into repeatable, scalable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple clients.
  • **Cross-Functional Analytics Partnership:**
  • Serve as an embedded, dedicated liaison between the Clinical Services organization and the centralized Analytics teams, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure strict alignment on metric definitions, data governance policies, and overarching data standards to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and address any requirements for new data capture mechanisms or reporting capabilities stemming from evolving service workflows.
  • Provide essential analytics support during the critical phases of new service launches and workflow redesign initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making from inception.
  • **Strategic Insight & Continuous Improvement:**
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, critical bottlenecks, and key optimization opportunities across the entire spectrum of service delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth, sophisticated analyses to inform strategic decisions related to staffing models, pricing strategies, and overall operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support the development of scenario modeling and capacity forecasting tools to aid in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Play a key role in building and continuously evolving a robust, data-driven operating model for the Clinical Services organization, embedding analytics into the fabric of our operations.
