This 6-month contract role is a unique opportunity to join a world-class team united by a passion for crypto and a mission to accelerate global adoption, ensuring financial freedom and inclusion for all. You will be a key player within the People Analytics team, a vital component of the Krakenite Experience (KX) function, empowering stakeholders across the business to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance the employee journey.
  • • Your primary focus will be on building scalable, automated analytics solutions and applying advanced analytical techniques, including AI-enabled tools and automation, to deliver high-quality, repeatable insights across the entire employee life cycle. This includes supporting critical areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, our listening strategy, organizational design, performance appraisal, and exit processes.
  • • You will dive deep into complex people data, identifying trends, potential risks, and strategic opportunities. A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging automation to enhance the speed, accuracy, and repeatability of our analytical processes, freeing up valuable time for more strategic initiatives.
  • • You will be adept at utilizing all People team systems, including Workday and Workday Prism, as well as Qualtrics, to efficiently fulfill ad-hoc and recurring data requests. A key objective will be to minimize manual effort through innovative automation and the strategic application of AI.
  • • A core responsibility will be supporting Kraken's listening strategy. This involves contributing to survey design, deploying insightful dashboards, and conducting thorough analysis to understand employee sentiment and feedback.

  • • As a fully remote company with Krakenites in over 70 countries, you will experience a truly global and diverse work environment. Your contributions will directly impact the Krakenite Experience, helping to build a world-class culture that attracts and retains the best talent in the crypto space. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the growth and success of a leading cryptocurrency exchange, all while working remotely and contributing to the future of finance.
  • • You will be expected to develop, automate, and maintain analytical solutions from their initial conception through to deployment, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and scalable for future use. This end-to-end ownership is crucial for building sustainable analytics capabilities.
  • • The ability to clearly communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences is paramount. You will need to present your analysis in a compelling and understandable manner, enabling stakeholders to make confident, data-backed decisions.
  • • You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, proactively identifying areas for analysis, and structuring unclear problems into well-defined analytical projects that deliver tangible business value.
  • • Your role will involve a significant degree of collaboration, working with various teams within People Operations and across the wider business to gather requirements, share insights, and drive the adoption of data-informed practices.
  • • You will be a champion for data literacy within the organization, helping to foster a culture where data is seen as a strategic asset for decision-making at all levels.
