- • As a Senior Data Analyst, Product at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that directly influence product direction and business decisions, helping self-made business owners gain financial clarity and control.
- • Your work will bridge the gap between data and strategy, enabling cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven choices that enhance customer outcomes and drive sustainable growth.
- • You will collaborate daily with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to proactively identify analytical opportunities, define and track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and statistical analysis.
- • Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining high-quality data models, conducting exploratory and predictive analysis (including A/B testing), ensuring data integrity, and synthesizing diverse data sources—such as user feedback, surveys, and operational metrics—to uncover trends and inform product innovation.
- • You will regularly present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives that shape roadmap priorities and measure the impact of initiatives on business objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
- • Expert-level SQL proficiency, including advanced query writing, optimization, window functions, complex aggregations, and data warehousing concepts
- • Experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Periscope, Mode)
- • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling, actionable insights through storytelling
- • Proven track record of manipulating and extracting value from large datasets with strong exploratory data analysis skills
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working independently and across cross-functional teams
